After registration you will have secure access to the Service Gateway and therefore will be able to keep better track of service intervals. Planning service action will also become more efficient:
- On the homepage you will get an overview of all current service jobs
- Pending service orders that require action on your part are listed separately
- Due and overdue calibration dates are indicated
The portal also lists all your Rohde & Schwarz service orders at a glance, grants direct contact to the Rohde & Schwarz service center as well as direct service order placement.
Furthermore, you can see all your instruments and their service history at a glance and get direct access to calibration certificates.
