Seminars > TR122-4 : Special Applications of Network Analysers: Measurements in time domain and of pulsed signals
Code: TR122-4 RF-MeasurementsDipl.-Ing. (FH) Bernd Schincke, Rohde & Schwarz
Subject
Special applications, e.g. TDMA Systems or radars, require the application of components under the influence of pulsed signals. The systems answer to a component under the influence of a pulsed test signal is of interest because it differs frequently from that of a CW Signal. The analysis of the control parameter in the time domain has the advantage of having an intuitive insight into the behaviour of the component.
This will enable the user to separate between different reflection at different distances from the measurement plane
The focus of the seminar lies on the practical implementation, to enable measurements with pulsed signals on passive and active components, as well as quick, precise and effective measurements of the time domain with a minimal implementation of measurement devices.
This seminar builds upon the introductory seminar for network analysers and will be carried out as a combined theory-practice seminar.
